Dentist in Elgin TX

My review is a little late, but I had a deep cleaning by Dr. Song and it was relatively painless. He was the ultimate professional! Staff members Demi, Tammy, Angie and Michelle were fantastic during my visits! I will be going back here anytime I need any work done.

Loved that they have payment plans for those who have no insurance. Also dentist and dental assistants are nice and Confident.

1st time I’ve ever been to a dentist that was totally painless.

They restored my smile! I had not seen a dentist in seven years and had significant staining on my teeth. During conversations in my daily life, I often tried to avoid opening my mouth too much to conceal the discoloration which probably also made it hard for people to understand me.On my first day, the staff at Smilepoint were incredibly understanding and showed no judgment or discomfort when assessing my dental condition. I realized I was far more taken aback by the images of my teeth than they appeared to be.The front desk clerk was exceptionally kind and provided me with all the necessary forms. Although the insurance information I supplied was outdated due to a recent change, the clerk was able to retrieve the correct details without expressing any frustration. She handled everything with a smile.The dental technician Demy was also very accommodating and assisted me in getting my X-rays done. Dr. Song then reviewed the images with me and outlined a treatment plan, which I agreed to.Subsequently, I spoke with Tammy who informed me that I could make payments. I applied and qualified for a plan offering nine months at 0% APR, although eligibility may vary based on individual credit scores.The following day, I returned for the procedures, which included two crowns, one filling, and a deep cleaning. I experienced no pain, as Dr. Song and Angie consistently checked in on my comfort level throughout the process. They both did an incredible job to make sure that I was comfortable and that I was informed every step of the way. They also answered all my questions thoroughly.If you’ve read through this entire review, you may share my previous apprehension about dental visits. Angie and Dr Song were great. Haven't had an exam in about 18 months and needed a good cleaning. It was quick, painless, and my teeth looked and felt so much better afterwards. Would use them again!

Tammy is Awesome as well as the entire staff!
